I have been in the BTR industry as long as anyone in Arizona, and Eldon Ladouceur has been, and is one of the people I have worked closest with for the past 7 years. He is one of the people that has helped create a template for the BTR product that most successful contractors have been trying to duplicate.

I Meet Eldon as I was running a vertical team on a BTR site which at the time of its construction was one of the biggest if not the biggest BTR job site in the Valley of the Sun.
Eldon came on site mid way through the project to assist in the land development closing process.
From the moment he stepped on the job the commitment to communication and quality were priority.
The understanding of planning and coordinating this can be a huge undertaking with multiple subcontractors, QC personnel and city inspectors to deal with at any given time.
As he navigated the nuances of the project with ease and understanding and the commitment to communication, he was able to lead the project through the hurdles we all face in this industry to a successful closing.
